Good customer service in todays world means lots of things to lots of different people, value for money, polite and knowledgeable personnel, delivering what you say you will deliver and more are the bare minimum demanded.

Here at Berkshire Build we believe that our customers deserve customer service of the highest level at all times and that bare minimums are simply never good enough.

We have one dream at the company and that is to be, ‘your property, building refurbishment and restoration team of choice’

We will only realize this dream by achieving the highest level of customer service. So, how do we achieve and maintain this level of service?

Well, we have the Berkshire Build ‘way’ and we believe this is the only way to ensure that our customers are delighted by our performance.



What is the Berkshire Build way?

It is in fact very simple and it begins by listening and hearing the needs of you our valued customer. This is fundamental to our philosophy, to often companies set themselves up to fail by ignoring what has been said to them by the customer – we pride ourselves on the fact that we do listen and we do hear what you ask of us – Our customer testimonials back this up, why not have a look for your self?

There are many things that have to happen in order for us to achieve our dream and we believe that the company is only as good as its people, the company has a highly trained work-force with over twenty five years experience in the industry that has a track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations – they are proud of what they do (as are we) and understand the Berkshire Build way.

We are constantly looking at how we can improve our people and ensure that all personnel have the relevant training, qualifications and skill sets. Plus, we are investing in the future and are currently looking to recruit two apprentices on the electrical and gas sides of our business. It is essential to us that we have the right people on board to deliver our philosophy and to give our customers what they need and what they want.
